What we set out to do
Arrange a comfortable, unhurried Umrah for a family spanning grandparents to grandchildren, with elders needing extra care.
The challenge
- Wheelchair access and elderly care

What we did
- Booked Haram-view rooms and arranged wheelchair-assisted Tawaf
- Assigned a dedicated Bangla-speaking mu'allim
- Handled all visas and transfers as one group
