MGB Tours and Travels arranges travel services provided by airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. Their own terms also apply to your booking.
We act with reasonable care in selecting and coordinating these suppliers on your behalf.
IIYour responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to hold valid travel documents, and to comply with the laws and customs of the destinations you visit.
You are responsible for arriving at airports and meeting points on time.
IIILiability
Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We are not responsible for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes or government action.
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for every traveller.
IVGoverning law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dhaka.
